If you want to buy a member, sell your business or transfer ownership, you must first consult your operating contract, which may already have sales instructions. Be sure to create multiple copies. one for your own registrations, one for the lender and one for accounting. Sales contracts are generally used when the transaction is more complex or when the goods are more expensive. For example, a sales contract is more likely to purchase a $100,000 machine piece, where the seller must set them up by machine and provide support services.
